nice staff carrefour supermarket nearby restaurants replaced soap detergent packs downstairs supermarket
the staff were very nice (especially the staff at reception). carrefour supermarket is downstairs in the building. there are also many restaurants and shops nearby.
i noticed housekeeping didn't replace soap and toiletries after use on the first day. there were no small detergent packs for the washing machine. i had to buy them from the supermarket downstairs.

prompt staff lovely view great penthouse
the staff was prompt in helping me when the room got too warm. they were very helpful. the view from our rooms was lovely. we had the penthouse and it was exactly how it should be.
the hotel location is inconvenient if you dont have a car.

ineffective fan air conditioning
I encountered issues. The room was excessively warm. Staff did not turn on the air conditioning despite my requests. They provided a fan. I expected functional air conditioning. The hotel should be more honest about amenities.
